How much does it cost?  Each job is unique, so it is usually very difficult to provide you an exact price before service begins.  However, we will provide you with a price sheet before starting the work and keep you updated as progress is made in restoring your home or business.  We also firmly believe that cost, while important, is not the only factor to consider when choosing who you want to restore your property - you want to know the job will be done right.

How long will it take before we are back to normal?  There is no answer to this question, but please know that it is Maximum Carpet & Restoration's primary goal to get you back to normal as quickly and safely as possible.

What difference does the equipment make?  Several factors go into the cost, quality and length of each restoration job.  Maximum Carpet & Restoration has the newest, most-effective equipment available along with the training to use them.  This saves you both time and money, especially when compared to out-of-town restoration companies that have to travel back and forth to get equipment or, as is often the case, will try to make due with what they have available.

What forms of payment do you accept?  Most restoration jobs will be end up being paid by your insurance company (less the deductible).  We work with all insurance companies.  For your share, we prefer payment by cash or check, but also accept most debit/credit cards. 

Are you insured?  Yes, Maximum Carpet & Restoration has a general liability policy and commercial insurance on our truck and equipment.

Are your cleaning products safe?  All of our cleaning products are safe.  We will go over health and safety concerns with you and also have available Material Data Sheets for any products we use on your property.
